Thanks to renuka

I recently rang up to discuss my displeasure but not only did renuka sort out my problem she also done so brilliantly in what I could tell was a stammer she had. She would keep saying "one moment" and it was probably because of the manner I was interrupting her but she dealt with it brilliantly and after a while I realised and told her to take as long as she needed but I think she should be so proud of how she dealt with a tricky customer and also helped me. Thankyou renuka
