Thank You Very Much! ( Retention Team Member)

Over the past couple of weeks, I have contacted sky regarding my package with a view to part-cancelling.

Due to some issues I experienced, I made contact last evening 9th June @ 17.39) with a member of the Retention Team, who's name ( my apologies) I missed.

As I did not receive any feedback forum following call, I wanted to ensure that my Thanks where forwarded please.

In a short space of time , he actually listened to my issues and my planned action, and very kindly came up with a super counter offer regarding my package.

He was professional,  courteous and helpful, and I was disappointed to be unable to give that feedback; so I hope this reaches both himself, and his manager.
