I spoke to Sky today regarding upgrading my package & was dealt with by an amazing customer

service(from Retention I think) his name was Mervin Anthony(also known as Mo) he was the most helpful person I've ever spoken to in my almost 40yrs dealing & being a Sky customer, can't thank him enough for how he dealt with my upgrade & also my personal issue...
