I just spoke with a lovely man at Sky, he said his name is Imran (apologies if the spelling is wrong).
Wow, he was fantastic - so warm and friendly, he did his best to provide me with the best possible package but aside from that he we just so kind. He could hear I was struggling with my young son in the background and we laughed about the nursery rhymes on in the background as you often hear in the homes of children! He was so kind and I came away from the conversation thinking what a kind and bright man. I hope this review reaches him and he is recognised for his wonderful way with customers.
