I had the pleasure of speaking with Anne from the cancellation team at Sky on the 5th of April, and I must say, she truly exceeded my expectations. After dealing with several customer service advisors who were not as helpful, Anne stood out with her patience and exceptional customer service skills. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Her professionalism and positivity made the whole process a breeze. Anne is a true asset to Sky, and I would love to see more people like her in customer service roles. Thank you, Anne, for making my experience a positive one!
