This is to express my sincere thanks to Ollie, the SKY Engineer. He came this morning to connect, install, configure and run my new SKY Q 1TB decoder. He exemplifies professionalism, broad knowledge, helpfulness, and customer attention and care. I think he really deserves to be commended, and SKY is fortunate to have him.
