Hello,

I spoke with Shazad (Shaz) today in the Retentions Team.  What a star he is!  I wanted to reduce my bills and he was honest, helpful, empathetic and friendly - it was a joy to speak with him.  

Sky - you should be extremely proud to have staff like Shazad.  Having been with Sky for 11 years - he treated me like the loyal customer I am.  He knew his stuff and is a credit to your company.
