How to send Thanks to Sky

Hello I like to give thanks to Paul one of your sky engineers he came today March 14 to install for me and though it was snowing a blizzard here in NE  he did his job with efficiency and then waited while I got discovery + installed and changed me PIN number so nice to meet a very pleasant gent so thank you for your help today.
