Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I had an engineer out yesterday who found the right issues out after numerous telephone calls to sky and still being left with problems regarding broadband, he was polite,curtious and hard working, I hope this review gets back to him and his manager  for he deserves all the praise in the world, I can't thank him enough for making my grandson one  happy gamer
