Mission Accomplished
I just want to send a quick email to pass on my thanks to 2 sky employees who I feel provided an excellent service, and really helped resolve the issues I had with my broadband.
The issues I had were going out for a while , and it’s fair to say I had a fairly negative attitude about sky , the service I had received to the extent that I did not intend to remain with sky when my contract finished .
On 27/10 I was frustrated and contacted sky with no expectation of any resolution . I spoke to Kyle who was courteous, polite and knowledgable and invested time and effort to find solutions to my issue . He really was fantastic.
Subsequently there were two engineer appointments booked . On 28/10 Charlie a sky engineer came out - again he went beyond the call of duty, helpful , informative and really providing a great service . He looked at my whole setup and made recommendations which immediately improved the situation.
