Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Hi! 
not sure if this is the right place but I wanted to rate my experience today with getting into contact with sky. 

i don't remember his name sadly but I called up about my bills. He was so so helpful, said he had only been working there a couple weeks, he was the MOST helpful person I have spoken to at sky. 
He was super sweet, polite and helped me work through the issues I was having. 
It took a little over an hour, but he was so patient and helpful. 
He deserves a promotion for sure, I really wish I could remember his name but I'm so forgetful. 
Definitely the best Sky experience I have had and I appreciate all the efforts and time to help me. 
Being super forgetful, I forgot to stay on the line and answer the how was your experience part. 
like I said not sure if I'm writing this in the right place, however I'd just like to appreciate how incredible he was.
