Well Sky your customer service advisor Helen deserves a Christmas bonus. 
such a helpful lady. I originally rang to see if I could get my sons Sim package upgraded. Not only did she do it but she managed to do it so I was still paying exactly the same as I am now. Plus she's given me advice on how to save on my tv package too. Helen was very cheerful and happy throughout the conversation and I really appreciated it. Please everyone be more Helen!! She made my weekend 😊 p.s I really hope she sees this and gets the credit she deserves 👍🏻
