Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Hi I spoke to Shivam today for the second time to finish setting up my sky tv and broadband package.  Because they were on 2 seperate finish dates in my rental property he made sure to call me back a few days after to set up the broadband. While I understand this is probably normal practice I did appreciate his handling of my account set up. He handled my account with proffessionalism, was lovely and polite to talk to and also very helpful. I felt he explained everything to me and eased my concerns about dates of connection so close to Christmas. What a fantastic team member you have. Its nice to talk to someone who genuinely wants to help and I wanted to ensure sky knew what a fab job he did! Thankyou Shivam!
