Yesterday one of your agents Akshay MA was super helpful in upgrading my father's Sky account. My father has been a Sky customer for 23 years and he's now a senior citizen too, and doesn't want to leave Sky because he is so used to the interface and remote control, channel numbers etc. Akshay understood our dilemma of not wanting to leave Sky but also needed to manage the costs as it was becoming unaffordable on the current packages. Akshay talked me through each of our packages for phone, broadband and entertainment and was able to discount many of these services with a recontract. We are so pleased with this new deal and it was an hour well spent on the phone where we felt really looked after, it was a totally personalised service. I had many questions and this was no problem for Akshay. Thank you so much for the wonderful service, you are a valuable asset to Sky!
