Just had Sky Q installed by an engineer named Robyn in the Haworth, West Yorkshire area.
Thoroughly fantastic experience. She was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Rather her than me fitting a new dish on the roof in the horrible weather!
I have a rather enthusiastic dog when visitors arrive but she gave time to get to know the dog, which was fantastic.
