I want to thank the fellow who helped me with broadband today. I've forgotten his name but he used to work in radio in New York. He was extrememly pleasant and helpful in arranging a broadband package. Annoyingly I had to cancel this later as BT are charging me an exhorbitant amount to leave. He did however help me to reduce my TV subscription which I'm very grateful for.
