Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Thank you to Chris who has just helped me close down my mother's account, Evelyn Powell, after she passed away, he was very understanding and put me at ease, seemed a nice bloke and deserves a decent pay rise. Chris helped to make something that could be long winded and depressing into almost a joy to do.
