I have just spoken with one of your advisors (Martin). 
Initially I was calling out of anger and frustration on account of sky restricting my services and still not resolving an issue with another account. This was all pertaining to my father passingp away and recently my wife passing away and so a payment wasn't made. Martin was simply excellent. Very understanding and I came away from the phone call reassured and you should be aware that you have an incredible asset for your organisation in Martin.
