Contract Renewal

I would like to express my thanks to Liam who dealt with, what was a complaint about sky.

When I got to Liam, I found his approach to be extremely understanding of my case and very professional in his approach.

 

I first interacted with Liam on Friday 10th January and by Monday the 13th, everything that he promised on Friday for my new contract was in place.

 

We need more like Liam to interact with members of Sky.

It does make the subscription more bearable,
