Hi, I phoned today as my contract was up for renewal. I was put through to your Stockport hub & spoke to Keziah. I explained that I didn't want to be upsold anything and wasn't looking for any add-on services, I would just like to pay less than my renewal quote.  Keziah quickly sorted me out with what I wanted & surprised me with the news that I would actually be paying less for the next 24 months!! Happy days!! 

What a difference from the last times I have had to renew.......I was braced for an hour long call saying that I didn't want this, that or the other. All over and done with in 5 minutes by a lovely, friendly helpful young lady who is a credit to your company. I actually couldn't believe it. Quick, easy & cheaper. Thank you again Keziah. I hope you're still there in 24 months when I need to renew again 🙂
