Broadband speed: very bad

I have spoken with the team countless times and this issues does seem to go away. I can't even use my tablet upstairs to watch skygo but BBC works perfectly. When I used my Vodafone as wireless, it works and no issues. I have been paying for broadband 500 but waste of money. They sent booster but rubbish. I want to leave sky after 16 years +

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom on the above link.

if you are not in a contract then you can use the switching service to sign up to another supplier or call Sky and give them

14 days notice to cancel.
