I would like to thank Shubham for his help tonight. 
I had a problem with a termination fee, which I was assured twice previously would not be charged. 
lo and behold it appeared on my bill. 
to say I was unimpressed was an understatement, as twice before I was informed that there would be no termination fee. 
Shubham was able to help me and the termination fee has been removed from my bill. 
Shubham gets a 10 from me.
