About a sim card

I rang today spoke to a gentleman who went above and beyond his job 

A sim would not work he advised me what to do I was a bit flustered ( I am 75) 

I said I can't seem to follow you quick enough no problem he said there is no hurry just relax at the end everything was sorted even sorted a few more things in my sky being a customer for 24 years 

I thought I would get an email asking for a review but not as yet received one 

This person deserves 10 all the way 

Refreshing to speak to him
