Kenneth from Fife you saved my life!

Had a nightmare trying to connect my phone account to my broadband account cause it was set up incorrectly. I couldn't access my broadband account and it was terrible trying to work everything out, but Keneth was patient, caring and genuinely just enjoyable to be on the phone with. No one wants to be stuck talking to their provider, but he made it a actually enjoyable experience cause I knew he was on my side and trying to find a solution. He helped me through every step. He was kind, comforting and talked to me like a real person. I tried to tell him how appreciative I was on the call and asked where I could sing his praises, and he was so modest. give this huy recognition he is such an amazing asset.
