5star would recommend

I just called up to cancel as we can no longer afford the contract. I talked to Lorry (Lorri?) and she was brilliant. She listened and she offered us choices. She expmolained the pros and cons and I don't feel judged for struggling to pay recently. She was a refreshing change from the normal call handlers at sky. 
I hope I get through to her again next tirm
