I called with a problem with sky glass the lady on the phone convinced us to get replacement with a thirty euro cost to us personally. Replacement has exactly same issue as a former head of customer service Dana Strong is obviously doing a great job with the team convincing people there tv broke magically and they need it replaced for one with same issues. World class strategy hats off to her as CEO she obviously still knows how to treat customers I hope you know what a gem you have
