sky vip issue with email address

When trying to enter a ballot on Sky VIP it keeps saying my email adress is already registered and not allowing me to enter the ballot. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and I still have the same issue.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I have the same problem, it says my email address is already regustr'ered when trying to register for ballots. Can someone help please.

@Lisa-P1987 Yes I would love some assistance. I am still unable to use my registered email address to enter ballots in which I am keen to have a chance to win tickets etc.

Sky did try to contact you via here @Gah1973 but you didn't respond so if we alert Sky again for you will you be able tor respond with 48 hours ?

I also have this message appear it only seems to be with sports tickets i can enter competitions
