When trying to enter a ballot on Sky VIP it keeps saying my email adress is already registered and not allowing me to enter the ballot. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it and I still have the same issue.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

I have the same problem, it says my email address is already regustr'ered when trying to register for ballots. Can someone help please.

@Lisa-P1987 Yes I would love some assistance. I am still unable to use my registered email address to enter ballots in which I am keen to have a chance to win tickets etc.
