postcode not recognised on my sky app

i am trying to access the my sky app to get discovery plus on my tv which i am intitled for but says that my postcode isnt recognised after a log in with email and password

Are you using the correct login details so the correct email address. If you believe you are then you will either have to call Sky or use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact Sky about this.
