My sky

Trying to add sky tv to account let me go through to the page where I'm confirming details and the email address is greyed out and flashing won't let me go any further??

Thanks for your reply it's only been 8 months since I left them but have spoken to them and they have sorted it out and given me a good deal

I've still got broadband and mobile with them so can't unlink old tv account

Are you saying you were a TV customer with Sky in the past, left and have now returned after being away for a year or more ?
