My Sky app

I tried to use the My Sky app but is saying I dont have the authority to sign in, anyone else had this?

Yes i see this today,it was working fine then i was logged out and cant log back in

Tried a few times then i eventually got a message saying there were technical difficulties,then that message now changed to  hang on we're under maintenance so i guess something going on at skys end and hopefully they finish whatever they are doing soon.

I couldnt even log into my account online at one point and also couldnt log into this forum

I'm having this issue. Has anyone's been fixed yet or still saying not authorised?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

A not authorised message can be caused by using a VPN so if you try disabling it.
