Hi

Just joined sky, and having problems registering getting an my sky id.

basically when i try to register i am getting an error message

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://skyid.sky.com/signupeau/myskyauthorised" on this server.

so it doesnt let me make a sky id? anyone any ideas how to fix this

Do you use a VPN because if so try disabling it.
