iOS App service checker

The iOS app Service checker has not updated since the 28th March. I have signed out and deleted the MySky app, reinstalled it and signed back in. Same message.

I can access My Sky on the glass itself, Im just wondering why the app service checker will not update for the glass or the 2 x PUKs I have. Anyone have any ideas?

Everything is working just fine, so there are no issues with the actual service.

Hi @Pete2511

Sky's service checker is notoriously flakey. If your not having any service issues I wouldn't worry about it!

Re: iOS App service checker

No worries, I did think that but it's nice to get the reassurance. Thanks for the reply.

Re: iOS App service checker

When I first set up my Glass TVs, I simply entered a PIN. My name appeared on the screen and Sky obviously made the setup easy by linking the devices to my account upon dispatch. However, after setting up my devices this way I encountered the same issue with the service checker. I performed a factory reset on all my devices and set them up again. Immediately after the factory reset, the service checker started working for each device. It has continued to work a month later.
