Have signed up to paramount + ( included with sky cinema)and can access on my tv but not on any other devices

@Truered Download the paramount plus app from your phone's App Store and login using the same credentials as you did on your sky hardware

Thanks for your advice. Tried your suggestion which was the same as I was given by Sky help. Not working yet but I've escalated the issue.
