Anyone advise why it won't let me into my sky vip just keep saying unauthorised ID I have been using this since started and now won't let me login.

I don't no what does the secondary account mean? I'm just using app on my phone

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreA secondary account is for another family member so they can login to various services like Sky Go, the difference between this and the main one is that they will not be able to view the billing section.
To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
