I can no longer see my favourites on the Sky app on any of my Apple devices. How do I resolve this?

If you are using the Sky+ app then you can not get your favourites back as the app is being discontinued so Sky have said certain parts of it like favourites will stop working as has happened here. You can use the Sky Go app to set and download content to your Sky box.
