ok, I realise that this isn't a new problem, but for the sake of all those with similar unresolved issues, I will raise this again in the hope that Sky pay attention.
I have the full Sports package (15 years plus). Sky Go recognises my subscription and even the Sky Sports app on IOS recognisies my subscription. When I try to login to the Sky Sports App / player on Windows, I am asked to upgrade. When I try similar on a Chromebook, I get an unsupported device error message. On both occasions I am using the latest Sky downloads.
Sky - Any idea when you will organise a fix for this? Some of my tech is old and Sky Go hogs so much PC resource that it is unusable.
