Discussion topic: Where is channel 101 on Sky+ app

On my Sky+ app on android phone BBB1 has gone and the listing starts at channel 102. Although there is an HD channel on channel 115, on my sky box the first channel is 101.

Any ideas? My region is set correctly so I am not sure what else I can check....

As you can see from the screenshot, the first channel listed is BBC2 and BBC1 has gone. On the TV BBC1 Londonhd is on Ch101 and BBC one HD is on 115 and BBCsd is 801 but 101 is not showing in the channel list.

If your region set to the correct one, found via settings.

You are set to London SD, try changing the setting to HD.

I get the same with region London HD, channel 101 is totally missing

Sky really drag their heels when it comes to fixing issue with this app 😞

I have tried setting the app to London SD and to London HD and it makes no difference. The only work around it is adding my most often used channels into favourites and looking at the channels that way instead.
