Voucher not loading

For the last 3 months my voucher for the sainsburys free goodies is not working anyone know why spoke to sky they said will be sorted within 7 days still not sorted

I've merrily used the free food rewards on My Sky for a couple of months now, but the last two have both failed.  When I click through, having been accepted by the 'you're nearly there' page, I get to the coupons.valassis.eu part which comes up with the less than helpful message "Please use a smartphone to access your coupons".  As I am (and have always) used a smartphone for this, it seems a bit terminal.  Anybody else had this issue.  Have reset / reinstalled etc. etc. but no dice.

Got minIMG_20260122_140052 (1).jpge today its the small bars .Had to type in number all worked ok.

Got mine today good old plain milk chocolate absolutely delicious, but for the second week running had to get an assistant to enter the code manually

Tried several times to redeem these rewards at both my  large Sainsburys over several months and it NEVER works. Each time I query with Store staff they confirm the rewards system is not working and that lots of customers have the same issue.

If it don't work click on the information button at top right  hand corner of coupon  and it tells  you about the.treat but also has a numerical code that the Sainsbury's staff can input instead of the coupon and you should then be able to get the treat for free

Sky VIP err 0 for treats

Trying to activate Sky VIP treat ( Tony's Choc) but I keep getting err 0.

its not happened before and very frustrating as its chocolate arghhh.

Ive removed app etc but its still happening.

PS picked Sky Q as that's what I have but no 'other' option to say it's Sky VIP I need help with.

I found a code (by pressing on the i contained in a circle) to use instead of the bar code when I had problems but staff member said they were told they are not allowed to input them. 
Frankly I am fed up of the freebies, I hardly ever manage to get one. Either the shelf is empty, app says all gone this week or app playing up so can't get to the voucher or says I've already used it when I haven't. Once I went as far as activating voucher and while walking from the shelf to the checkout it said I had taken too long and it had expired when it is supposed to allow 30 minutes. I have gone to Sainsbury's specially and come home empty handed.

@HelsBells58 If you get a staff member saying they are not allowed- this is wrong. 
I had a similar experience when 2 Sainsbury staff members were not interested in inputting the long number into the self checkout. So I asked them to get the manager , which they did and manager  came and she input it and apologised.

@gmchris @At least the manager helped. You the attitude of some colleagues in shops these days is awful
