Hi , does anyone else have a problem clicking on sky vip boxes , I can't open any boxes or see anything new in my area I haven't been able to enter any competitions or perks due to boxes not opening in weeks

It seems to be a known issue but the more people that email them and raise it with them, they will get a better understanding of the impact and it may help getting it resolved quicker.

Working fine for me. Maybe try deleting the MySky app from your device and then re-install and log in again with your Sky ID. Sometimes that cures glitches.

Yep tryed deleting it and re adding It updating all apps resetting ext deleting cookies

Hello all,
Our Head of Digital Product is aware of this issue where VIP isn't working in some areas, and the team are working on a resolution asap.
We're really sorry it's not working as it should though and hope to give an update soon. Some have experienced a fix when upgrading to the latest App version.

This is still not working for me, unable to select any reward that isn't directly related to Sky products or services (free movie etc not working).
Was a fix released or is this just a super low priority?

Same problem here, it hasn't worked for a few days on android. Latest version of app, latest version of Android. App deleted and reinstalled, cache cleared, everything, and yet nothing works apart from the options to sign up to more sky products 🤦🏻♂️

6months of this not working and me checking every other day , it has finally worked today !!!! - but very disappointed in that a fix wasn't done sooner for me ,making me miss out so so many prizes that I could of entered and competitions and days out 😢 which is very sad as I always looked forward to seeing what was coming up
