I am having the exact same problem and spoke to sky about it. Has been ongoing for over a week and unable to access any perks!

Same here I click on sky rewards and view my rewards then it takes me back to Home Screen.not working so can't access my rewards was ok a few weeks ago. Have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it still the same.

It seems to be a known issue but the more people that email them and raise it with them, they will get a better understanding of the impact and it may help getting it resolved quicker.

Let them know what device and was operating system it has.

@Nibbles6 I just went on and tried it like I have been doing every few days. The last I heard from the help team on 21/12/23 by email, was that they knew there was an issue and were working on it!
I haven't had rewards for about 2/3 months.

Hi Nibbles,
Mine starting on its own. I emailed Sky because someone in the thread recommended it. (Look back on the thread for the email address) I had a few emails from them and then it started to work again on its own ( assuming Sky figured it out)
