E mailed a number of times, not much help... reinstall App, not my department etc....

I'm the same, it's never worked. It will only allow me to open up the sky offers like insurance.

Mine has not worked in over a year!!! Tried deleting and reinstalling but still nothing !!! Not much point in having it if you can't use it

Good to see that this chat is moderated and some help and advice or at least an explanation is given.
This is no more than I have come to expect from the terrible customer service of Sky, and this is coming from someone who is an agent for them.
As long as they are making money from new people they have no interest in looking after existing customers.

Not working for me either. I've tried every couple of months for a year and can only open the sky related links.
Tried updating, rebooted phone etc and nothing. So annoying.

Not working for me on iPhone keep trying but when press say comps it does nothing

What worked for me on my Android phone was to long press on the app, select App info, select storage and chache, then clear storage. I then had to log in with my sky id when next accessed the app. Hope this helps someone.

Thanks for this, I did try the same thing but no joy I'm afraid. Appreciate the help though, it's more than we've had from anyone at Sky!

I've been using it for years and all of a sudden two weeks ago it stopped. Spent a hour getting through to sky and speaking to many departments, to be told that it's a problem with sky vip and they are working on it !!!
