@maryamijames it's not available via sky go (the board you have posted on), you need to be using the official paramount plus app

Are you trying to access it on Sky Go or on somethng else ?

Thanks to the guys that replied. 

I contacted SKY on Friday 10th January. They could not resolve my problem and told me they would call back Saturday, 11th January. Glad I never held my breath waiting for them to replay, |(still waiting) as its still not resolved ( Monday 13th) I have SKY cinema and should receive Paramount + free.

Shocking service, but they are glad to take my subscription every month on the dot.

Again, thanks to all that replied, but I'm going to leave SKY.

I am also having the same issue. 

 

It's says I'm all set. Please log in to access.

 

I log in with my Sky account but it does not recognise me.  I used this service months ago and I had no issues. No login was required as it automatically knew I had free access. Now it's asking me to log in.

Same problems go to Paramount+ but not recognising Sky as an option to view. Says I'm logged in and an error code appears. Been like this for a fortnight. Going to try contacting Sky but don't hold your breath!!!!

Same issue here. When I open the app it's a German welcome screen! Can't login, can't activate account- can't think of anything else to try?

I've had the same issues with Paramount plus with it not connecting to through my TV app, I've rang sky customer services over 4 times , emailed them with the issue also spoke to paramount I've tried every way of activating account with the sky technical advisor but nothing?
