Unable to get mysky on pc screen.

Anyone else having problems getting Mysky on their pc screen.  I can access on my mobile, just not on the pc. Virtual assistant couldn't help.

There's no MySky app for a PC.

Hi Mark, Apologies given duff info.  When we click on the icon for My Account, the page isn't loading correctly, just getting lots of options at the side of the page, i.e. cinema, sports etc.   Unable to click on any of them.  Tried virtual assistant but unable to help us.

Try clearing your web browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again.

Hi I had the same issue today on my MacBook, all I did was delete all history and everything is back up and running !
