I have a free 6 month's subscription to Apple TV but it won't open the giveaways section on my phone. Can anyone help please?

There have been a few reports about this so have you checked that you are running the latest version of the app ?

Thank you for your reply. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to app. It is still the same. I did manage to get through on the phone yesterday and someone was going to call back - which didn't happen. I just don't know how to progress this issue

The only thing you can do is to report your issue to the apps team via this email address - apps@sky.uk

Let them know what device you have and what operating system and version number it is running,
