Unable to access Sky VIP

I am unable to access the Sky VIP section of the Sky Mobile app since the clocks went forward. The error message I receive is

 

Sorry, something went wrong. Please try logging out of the app and back in again. Also check your date & time settings are correct on your device.

Error code: D-allcomps-12239031828909242132646-f6771dd33315ceee1850e869f7da4b6d6311a38c2795f133e0f0bbf96af7b848-********. (Digits redacted due to form submission error)

 

The time on my device is automatically set and is correct.

Have you tried deleting the app, rebooting your device then installing it again ?
