Unable to access Sky VIP

• I am unable to access my Sky VIP rewards when I click in the tab in the app it states that I'm unable to become a Sky VIP member right now even though I've been a member for years I have reinstalled the app and spoke with customer services but still not resolved can anyone help ? Thank you

Sky CSs are the ones who should be able to help you ... phone again and hope a different agent  can help😔
