I am currently unable to access MySky app, all my details are correct but once I enter my postcode it either just freezes or comes up with an error saying I do not have access. Previously worked ok.
I am able to sign in online with those same details however unable to make the changes needed as they have to be done via the app which I cannot access.
please advise what can be done.

Yes I have done this three times so far with no luck
