I can't load the Super 6 app anymore. It comes up with the message " failed to establish current location" . It's set to allow location permissions. I've cleared data and cache. I've forced it to stop. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've restarted my phone. What else should I try?

I have exactly the same issue. Re loaded the app, cleared cache and it still won't work. So I will just drop out of super 6.. Maybe an idea for Sky to sort something or the app will die

iPhone App. Since Apple updated to iOS 18, the Sky Super 6 app cannot validate my location (seeing me in the UK). I am definitely in the UK. I've re-installed and it worked fine until a fixture week began and it's immediately problematic saying it can't validate my location.

having the same issues...will work if I log thru safari but the app keeps saying they cant verify my location. Frustrating.

Continuously I uninstall the app and re-install and I can use the Super 6 app again until randomly the app can't confirm my location again

I have suffered from this issue as well, however you can workaround it by amending the location services from always, to 'ask or when I share' following this I am able to get into the Super 6 app. I can only assume that iOS 18 amends how the location is automatically retrieved.

The trick maybe to not close the app it stays OK then. Otherwise the app has to be constantly deleted and reloaded. Sky must be aware of this but the virtual assistant will ask us to try anything but admit it!
Oddly my iPad seems to work but also running IOs 18.1.
