Can’t activate Disney+

Paid for Disney+ add on 18th October 

was helped by Disney+ customer service who said problem is with Sky

What is happening when you try to activate it and what have Sky said about it ?

I can't get through to sky. Trying the web chat thing but I'd prefer to speak to someone
